Hi, I'm Sarah - the avid baker, netball-playing, client-focused founder of First Choice Property Management.
I was always destined for Property Management, I just didn’t know it to begin with.
My career began in marketing, followed by serving in the New Zealand Navy.
When my three beautiful children came along it was clear that I needed a career with flexible hours. In 2014 I purchased a property management franchise on a whim and absolutely fell in love with the industry.
First Choice Property Management
After learning as much as I could, it became a natural and obvious progression to launch my own property management business and in 2016, First Choice Property Management was born.
I believe that having an investment property should not be a burden on the owners. It should be a smooth operating income provider that helps build a successful portfolio. I am passionate about making this happen for my clients.
With a combination of a military background and many years in the rental industry, I am confident in managing and maintaining your property to the highest standard.
You can be assured of vigilant screening of all tenants before they are welcomed into your home.
I have no tolerance for rental arrears and will ensure maintenance issues are dealt with immediately.
